Mrs McARTHUR (Western Victoria) (12:40): My question is for the Minister for Training and Skills and Minister for Higher Education. Minister, you might recall our exchange on the Glenormiston College facility yesterday. I asked:

Minister, can you confirm that the property has been sold subject to this permanent educational requirement?

Your reply mentioned zoning, so I certainly was surprised to read in the Warrnambool Standard yesterday, and I quote:

The state government confirmed that the requirement to deliver education at that site was only in place until 2027.

So, Minister, is it a fact that the requirement is only in place until 2027, and after that, is it open season?
