  Mr KENNETT -- It does seem that Melbourne Grammar boys do cry after all! While
you were overseas -- --

  Mr  Thwaites  -- On a  point  of  order, Mr Speaker,  the  Premier is making a
mockery of this place.  He seems to be interested  more in where people went  to
school than in the people who are on trolleys waiting for beds in our hospitals.
