Anthony MARSH (Nepean) (09:59): On 13 July I met with Red Hill CFA captain Sam Norris to discuss fuel loads and the upcoming fire season. Since 1940 Red Hill CFA has protected lives and property, responding to more than 100 incidents each year, ranging from bushfires and structure fires to road accidents, floods and search and rescue. I thank Sam and the brigade’s dedicated volunteers for their service, professionalism and commitment to the Red Hill and wider Mornington Peninsula community.
