Dr CUMMING: No, I think the minister’s response was a good response so that others in the community understand that, because obviously others in the community have a different view of when we actually set up the VEC or when we set up the Environment Protection Authority Victoria or when we set up Sustainable Victoria and we pay for it via council levies or the like. They want to know why, when they feel that it is double dipping of taxes or rates, or the differentiation between their rates and their taxes.
