Mr McGuire — On a point of order, Acting Speaker, if the member for Burwood would —

The ACTING SPEAKER (Ms Couzens) — Order! Member for Burwood!

Mr McGuire — If the member for Burwood would just control himself, we could have a considered discussion. The proposition he is talking about is the Ombudsman's report, which is not a committee report of the Parliament. This is the issue that I have made and the request has been simple: for him to bring it back to that proposition.
