Ms SULEYMAN (St Albans) (10:07:44): I would like to commend and announce the Sunshine Lantern Festival will be on again this Sunday. This is a festival that attracts over 50 000 people to the heart of Sunshine. In particular I would like to thank the Vietnamese traders of Sunshine for yet again making it possible.
