Ms SHEED (Shepparton) — (13 000) My adjournment matter is for the Treasurer on a matter of public importance. The action I seek is that he takes all steps necessary to cease any attempt by the Victorian government to sell Land Use Victoria, known to most of us as the land titles office. The titles office is a government agency which records ownership of land across the state and retains information about mortgages, titles, covenants, leases and easements, to name just a few. There are a number of reasons I call for this, but rather than articulate them now, given the circumstances, I will pass them on to the Treasurer.
